1st place award and trophy out of 65,000 entries at the 1977 Industrial Arts Fair in Western PA for Original Home Design.

Conceptual development of overall design criteria and detailing.
Determination and analysis of functional and spatial requirements, space layout, and lighting design for residential and commercial properties.
Production of contract documentation, construction, budgets, projects estimates and scheduling.

Design of upscale residential and specialized commercial buildings

 

Project Administration:
Effective project coordination, schedule development, estimation and bid negotiation, site supervision and project evaluation.

Strict Adherence to budget parameters and continuous client interfacing throughout the progress of a project.

 

Structural/Civil:
Design detail of commercial/institutional & residential building structures and site plans.
Documentation, Preparation of special projects, i.e. wastewater treatment plant and topographical studies.

Detailing of structural steel components.

 

Mechanical:
Detailing of electrical and microwave components.

Design and detailing of hydraulic high pressure filtration and testing systems.
